Membership

• Membership at Cupertino Hills is limited to 250 families. Each family owns 1/250 of our beautiful facility.
• There are usually a small number of memberships available for sale. The selling price fluctuates at market value, and is determined by the selling member and there is additionally a one-­time transfer fee, customarily shared between the selling and purchasing members.
• A list of available memberships, with asking prices and contact details, is maintained at the club.
• Quarterly dues are kept as low as possible through active member participation in running the club.
• Please contact our Club Manager at Club Manager or call us at 408-253-3483 to arrange a tour of the club or to obtain further information on membership availability and pricing.
• Sometimes there are open houses to tour the facilities.
